A/Prof Dan Brener is Founder and Director of Brener Implant Institute (Bii). A/Prof Brener's private practice, Brener Clinic in North Sydney, focuses its expertise on all aspects of bone grafting and dental implants, including All-on-4. A firm believer in Brener Implant Institute's hands-on approach, A/Prof Brener conducts a significant number of training workshops and instructional live surgeries on an on-going basis. He lectures extensively, both locally and internationally, on all aspects of dental implants and prosthodontics.
A registered Prosthodontist with a distinguished academic record, A/Prof Brener currently holds the position of Clinical Associate Professor in the Faculty of Dentistry at the University of Sydney. He is involved in the planning of the Post Graduate Prosthodontic Program as a member of the Prosthodontic Post Graduate Planning Committee. In addition to these roles, A/Prof Brener is a lecturer for the University of Sydney Implant Diploma.
Graduating in Dentistry from the Sydney University Dentistry faculty in 1983, A/Prof Brener was awarded the Port Dental Prize as well as prizes for Restorative and Prosthetic Dentistry. He went on to earn a Master of Dental Science in Prosthodontics at Sydney University in 1987.
A/Prof Brener is a Member of The Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons (MRACDS), The Australian Dental Association, The Academy of Australian and New Zealand Prosthodontists, The Australian Prosthodontic Society, The International Congress of Implantology, The International Team for Implantology and The Australian Society of Implant Dentistry (ASID).

A/Prof Robert Mitchell holds undergraduate and postgraduate degrees from the University of Sydney and a Special Stream Fellowship in Maxillofacial Surgery through the RACDS and has been a registered Specialist Maxillofacial Surgeon in New South Wales since 1986. He specialises in surgery to correct jaw deformity (orthognathic surgery), temporomandibular joint problems and neural injuries, as well as carrying out the general range of oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures such as removing impacted wisdom teeth. A/Prof Mitchell was appointed a Clinical Associate Professor at the University of Sydney in 1990 and continues to lecture to under and post graduate students at the University of Sydney.
A/Prof Mitchell practices at St George Private Medical Centre at Kogarah and lives in the inner west of Sydney. He also holds a National Coaching qualification in Olympic weight lifting and has represented Australia as a competitor and official on 7 occasions. In his spare time he coaches elite weight lifters at the Burwood PCYC in Sydney.

A/Prof Wallace currently is the only board registered Maxillofacial Prosthodontist in Australia.
She holds the position of Head of The Department of Oral Restorative Sciences at Westmead Centre for Oral Health and is the Clinical Co-ordinator of the DCinDent Prosthodontics' program for the University of Sydney. Within this program A/Prof Wallace currently co-ordinates the unit on Maxillofacial Prosthodontics, as well as supervises in the clinic.
Dr Bree Belford currently specializes in IV Sedation and Pain Control for dentistry and is one of the most experienced practitioners in the field of sedation for dentistry. Dr Belford maintains full-time practice for over 100 dental surgeries in Sydney. He was Co-Director of Emergency Medicine at Mona Vale Hospital and Acting Director of Emergency Medicine at Campbelltown Hospital in the 1990's before shifting to providing procedural anaesthetic and sedation services for a number of medical and gynaecology clinics and dental practices,
Dr Belford was born in the USA and grew up in Connecticut. After obtaining a physics degree, he went on to study and practice Traditional Chinese Herbal Medicine and Acupuncture in Los Angeles, California. He studied Medicine at the University of Newcastle and is a Career Medical Officer (CMO) in Emergency Medicine. He has worked in a number of hospitals in NSW both on a staff and locum basis.
His other major interest is Martial Arts, having begun training in Karate at the age of 12. He currently holds the ranks of Rokkudan (6th Degree Black Belt) in Karate and Shodan (1st Degree Black Belt) in Aikido. He is also an active stock market trader.

Qualifiying as an ENT in 1986, Dr Forer's area of specialty is Rhinology and Endoscopic Anterior skull base surgery. Dr Forer has a private practice in Chatswood and has held the following appointments: Visiting Medical officer to Mater Hospital, North Shore Private Hospital, Sydney ENT and Facial Day Surgery and to Royal North Shore Hospital (Head Of Department). He operates in private and public hospitals including Royal North Shore Hospital, North Shore Private Hospital, Mater Hospital and Sydney ENT and Facial Day Surgery.
Dr Forer is a member of the following Societies: Fellow of Royal Australasian College of Surgeons, Australasian Rhinology Society; Australasian Society of Otorhinolarygology and Head and Neck Surgery.
His interests include golf, tennis and skiing.
CDT Adv. Dip. D.P. (RMIT)
Russell Young is a qualified Dental Prosthetist (Chairside Dental Technician) and combines his clinical knowledge and artistry with his vast experience as a Master Dental Ceramist.
Mr Young is also the only Dental Technician in Australia certified to lecture on All-on-4/DSD. He collaborates with DSD founders, Dr Christian Coachman & Livio Yoshinaga, as an integral and certified member of the DSD Scientific International Team as their All-on-4/DSD Master. In 2013 he launched Digital Smile Design Online globally for Dental Professionals in creating DSD 2D Designs.
His areas of interest and passion are clinical and laboratory coordination and communication. This involves Implant Design and Aesthetics, the All-on-4 Concept (developed the All-on-4 Lab Team in Australia) and Digital Smile Design. Mr Young has lectured widely on All-on-4, DSD, Aesthetics and Art in Dentistry in Europe, Asia, United States and throughout Australia and has published many articles over this time.
Mr Young is a member of Australian Dental Prosthetist's Association and a registered Prosthetist of the Dental Board of Australia. Along with Tom Friedman he owns and operates Omega Ceramics Dental Laboratory which is considered one of the leading Dental Laboratories in Australia. He resides in Melbourne and is happily married with three children.
Dr Brian Johnston was born in Northern Ireland and graduated from Queens University Belfast in 1988. Following an oral surgery Internship and house officer position in the Northern Ireland Plastic and Maxillofacial Unit he entered general dental practice. In 1999 he moved to Australia and became a partner in a large family practice in Ballarat, Victoria. He has a keen interest in all areas of dentistry but a special interest in the surgical and restorative aspect of Implant dentistry. He is a regular attendee at post graduate dental education courses and seminars.
Outside of work Brian is kept busy with his 2 young children, he is an active member of a local running group and has a keen interest in classic cars.
Dr Hollander graduated from Melbourne University in 1989 and completed the Melbourne Hospital internship. She started her first practice in 1993. Her main interests are oral surgery, orthodontics and cosmetic dentistry. She regularly attends continuing education courses in all facets of dentistry.
